Malignant lymphoma : a case report

Abstract
Frequently the clinical features of malignant lymphomas are similar to those of inflammatory diseases, And considerable difficulty exists in diagnosing some carcinomas, lymphomas, and sarcomas that develop in the head and neck. Clinicans should
suspect
the malignancies when inflammatorylike lesions fail to respond to the conventional treatment. The early biopsy is necessary and multiple, deep biopsy can be performed frequently. For accurate final diagnosis, immunohistochemical staining must be
considered essentially. Most of these tumors are treated by radiation, chemotherapy, or both. Importantly, the prognosis must be based on an accurate early diagnosis and staging.
Two cases of B-cell type, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma presenting as maxillary sinusitis and cellulitis in head and neck region are described with literature reviews.
